Holiday Cheers from Recipe Studio

Dear Friends!

After a long break, our family cookbook, RecipeStudio.com, is back online. Lots of things happened in our family since we posted, and a lot of changes in the world around us. We are happy to share our family recipes with each other and with you yet again.

I rediscovered the value of this family cookbook just recently, after I failed to find my grandma Baba Tama’s recipe of puffy soup dumplings “klezki”. We used to write each other letters, and one of hers had this recipe written up on an old Soviet era postcard, but it was nowhere to be found. My daughter loves these dumplings now, but I could only remember the standard recipe and assumed that my grandma’s recipe had sadly passed away with her. How happy I was to discover that I actually wrote up this recipe for Puff Klezki on RecipeStudio! Now I have this small token to remember Baba Tama by and to pass along to her great-grand-daughter.

To get warmed up to posting again, and since the Holiday season is nigh, here are some ideas from our past recipes.
